Elliot
I met Rohan through a mutual friend and then upon checking his Instagram account, thought he would be ideal for a promo shoot for our band due, to his wide range of shoots and editing he does. During the shoot, Rohan was friendly and outgoing whilst still remaining professional. He perfectly blended our bands' vision for the shoot with his knowledge and expertise of what could realistically be achieved. This, combined with his editing, resulted in a final product that blew all of our expectations away. He is by far the best photographer we have used and will be the first point of call for any further shoots we plan to do.
In the words of Elliot, rhythm guitarist for Bipartisan, a new up-and-coming indie rock band in Manchester; "If you don't know, get to know" - this amazingly talented group of artists. The band's incredible journey started off when Jack (lead guitarist) and Elliot (rhythm guitarist) formed the band at the back end of 2023. Since their formation, they've been playing at various gigs across Manchester and are steadily becoming popular across the region. Their live performances bring the house down and fans adore their edgy, urban image which is what makes this project extremely gratifying.
The band approached me after we had met previously through mutual friends. They liked my work and we spoke about their vision and how I could help achieve their aspirations and promote them. They wanted new photography for their social profiles, posters, digital PR and album covers etc. The band explained that all photography should be professional and should perfectly capture and portray their true Manc-rock appeal. After good conversations with Elliot, they shared their mood board and from there we booked a few photoshoots, ranging from fashion shoots to promo and live gigs.
I'm having a lot of fun and feel honoured and excited to be working with such a talented group of artists. Capturing their rise to fame and being part of their journey is incredibly exhilarating.
